Software Tester

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Tester to join our team! As a

Job Requirements
 0-2 years’ Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
 Familiar with Automated and Manual Testing
 Proven experience/knowledge in Programming, testing tools and testing methodologies
 Hands-on technical experience in testing of software projects
 Experience in Logging/Tracking and verifying product defects
 Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
 Familiar with Software development life cycle
 Familiar with preparing and presenting test reports
 Exposure to Selenium/RC
 Exposure to JIRA, TestRail or related tools.
 Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
 Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
 The ideal candidate should have software development/test experience with designing,
developing, managing, shipping products and have excellent coding and debugging skills
 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development
lifecycle
 Review and analyze system specifications
 Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
 Create logs to document testing phases and defects
 Report bugs and errors to development teams
 Help troubleshoot issues
 Conduct release and post-implementation testing
 Excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving and communication skills
 Ability to work well independently
 Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills to drive change

Skills and Education
 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (B.Tech/B.E.)or a related field
 High-level analytical skills
 Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have
 Experience in developing automation using scripting and coding languages (Python, Java,
JavaScript, C++, Perl etc.)
 Experience in REST API, SOAP or related
 Experience with any software test frameworks
 Familiarity with working in a global software team in an agile environment.
