Digital Literacy Programme at T.C. Govt. Girls H.S. and M.P. School
As a continuation to our efforts of educating young minds, we carried out a Digital Literacy Program in an effort to provide knowledge on languages like HTML, CSS and basics of Web Development. Our team conducted multiple sessions and concluded it with assignments for the students to test their new skills. Upon the successful completion of the assignments, we awarded them with a Certificate from BoldTek & a promise to guide the young talents in their IT career growth.
Moments to Cherish at Kasturi Sishu Griha Orphanage!
Kasturi Sishu Griha, an orphanage located at Mangaldoi, Assam has been doing some exceptional work in their efforts to provide a new and healthy lifestyle to children who lost their parents at a very young age. Team BoldTek also wanted to be a part of this mission of nurturing these young children and as such our teammates visited the orphanage with gifts for the children and amenities for the Orphanage all while spending some quality time with the children.
Food and Cloth Distribution at Snehalaya Orphanage
“Snehalaya” is a home for children in need of care and protection with a vision to build a child-friendly city, particularly for the young at risk, enjoying the rights to survival, protection, development and participation.
We, at BoldTek, were privileged to endeavor our best efforts in bringing smiles to the young faces and spent some beautiful moments with these kids. Sponsoring the day’s lunch was the prime focus of our activity at Snehalaya along with the distribution of some useful items.
Companionship with the Elderly at Helping Hands Old Age Home
Helping Hands Old Age Home is a well known Old Age Home and Shelter in Guwahati. They strive to offer the best accommodation facility for aged people. They also offer Medical Assistance and Aid to Senior Citizens and Patients.
BoldTek’s team decided to pay them a visit with gifts and the idea to spend some time with the Elderly to bring a smile on their face.
Vaccination Drive for Stray Animals
BoldTek was fortunate to offer vaccination to 20 rescued stray dogs along with other essential commodities. The vaccination drive was carried alongside People for Animals, a Guwahati-based NGO that works for street animal welfare within the State of Assam. The NGO’s veterinary doctor helped us with the vaccination drive.. The whole team of People for Animals was very supportive and we really would like to thank them who are doing such a noble cause.
Flood Relief Drive, Assam
In May 2022, deadly floods hit the state of Assam, India with 650,000 people evacuated from their homes; 1900 villages submerged in water and more than 184 people were reportedly killed. BoldTek India Team conducted a flood relief campaign in the flood-hit village of Changsari.
The relief package was decided to be offered to 60 families, covering a total of 250 individuals with ‘food and distribution’ being the main agenda for helping the flood victims. The package contained rice, dal, biscuit, mustard oil and mineral water. The team drove off to the village and distributed the packages to the people staying in the relief camps and others most affected by the flood.
